Balance Bare Granola Energy Balls

I’m not going to lie, these recipes came about purely by experimentation. Sometimes you try something and it just works, like these delicious balls of goodness. Prepare some room in the fridge, wash your hands, and get ready to roll, because in a short while you’ll have the perfect little snacks, bursting with wholesome goodness. Don’t forget to share with your friends (or not).

Choc Peanut Butter Energy Granola Balls
You will need:
Method  
Step 1. Combine Pro Baller Mix and Granola in a bowl
Step 2. Add all wet ingredients
Step 3. Mix thoroughly
Step 4. Use your hands to shape into small balls. Roll in desiccated coconut
Step 5. Place in the fridge or freezer to set for at least one hour
Step 6. Enjoy!
 
Espresso Breakfast Balls
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Balance Bare ESPRESSO Pro Baller Mix
  • ½ cup Balance Bare Granola
  • 3 tbsp hulled tahini
  • 4 tbsp rice malt syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp water
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut, for rolling (optional)
Method:
